- I am an accomplished blind information technology professional with over ten years of experience in several computer fields including accessibility, customer service, networking, technical support and training. Since I am almost totally blind, I rely on a screen reader to use computers. The JAWS (Job Access With Speech) screen reading software developed by Freedom Scientific enables me to enjoy computer technology on the job, in the classroom and at home by providing the same information available on the computer's screen in Braille and speech output. Vorkosigan is a space mercenary with a disability who really fights for justice. I also aspire to visit outer space at least once.
